Rand Paul on Capturing Terrorists and Protecting Liberties

An agreement was reached by which cloture vote on the Patriot Act will be on 10am Thursday, May 26.

Today, Sen. Harry Reid insinuated that Sen. Rand Paul’s insistence on an amendment protecting the privacy of gun owners would make Americans less safe from terrorists. Here is Sen. Paul’s reply:
