Tell Congress how ending Net Neutrality has benefited you

Here’s how it’s working… Watch TV introduced more than 30 channels for free to AT&T wireless customers. This happened, in large part, because of an FCC decision to roll back Title II (net neutrality) rules. Sling then responded, in late June, to this competition. The online cable replacement announced it will offer channels on an a-la-carte basis.

Under the net neutrality regime, the Watch TV “channels for free” offer would’ve been declared illegal. Indeed, AT&T tried to offer customers free data to mobile customers when they used it to watch DIRECTV via a phone app. The FCC sent AT&T a letter alleging that it was violating net neutrality!

People will dispute these details. But these facts were reported in Forbes, by tech-law reporter Fred Campbell. Now, IT’S UP TO YOU because…

Your “representatives” won’t hear this good news unless you tell them. And we’ve made it easy for you. Use our letter, or customize it as you prefer…
