The Senate has voted to legalize hemp.

Pass the Hemp Farming Act of 2018

This bill will legalize industrial hemp farming. It removes hemp (a non-psychoactive version of the marijuana plant) from the Controlled Substances Schedule 1. The bill has already passed the Senate with broad bipartisan support.
