FAA Reauthorization and Reform Act–Conference Report: The House agreed to the conference report to accompany H.R. 658, to amend title 49, United States Code, to authorize appropriations for the Federal Aviation Administration for fiscal years 2011 through 2014, to streamline programs, create efficiencies, reduce waste, and improve aviation safety and capacity, and to provide stable funding for the national aviation system, by a yea-and-nay vote of 248 yeas to 169 nays, Roll No. 33. 10 pages

Expedited Legislative Line-Item Veto and Rescissions Act: The House passed H.R. 3521, to amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to provide for a legislative line-item veto to expedite consideration of rescissions, by recorded vote of 254 ayes to 173 noes, Roll No. 46. 20 page
