The following are the bills the House and Senate passed in January. The bills were passed by voice vote except where indicated. Roll call votes for the House are found here, and for the Senate here. Save American Workers Act of 2015: The House passed H.R. 30, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the 30-hour threshold for classification as a full-time employee for purposes of the employer mandate in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and replace it with 40 hours, by a recorded vote of 252 ayes to 172 noes, Roll No. 14. 4 pages 

Keystone XL Pipeline Act: The House passed H.R. 3, to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline, by a yea-and-nay vote of 266 yeas to 153 nays with one answering “present'', Roll No. 16. 6 pages

International Megan's Law to Prevent Demand for Child Sex Trafficking: H.R. 515, to protect children from exploitation, especially sex trafficking in tourism, by providing advance notice of intended travel by registered child-sex offenders outside the United States to the government of the country of destination, and requesting foreign governments to D59notify the United States when a known child-sex offender is seeking to enter the United States. 16 pages
