The following are the bills the House and Senate passed in May, 2010. The bills were passed by voice vote except where indicated. National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011:  The House passed H.R. 5136, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2011 for military activities of the Department of Defense and to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, by a recorded vote of 229 ayes to 186 noes, Roll No. 336.
