Does the FDA own your body?

The FDA is considering banning “electronic cigarettes,” which produce vapor, NOT “second-hand smoke.”

Who are they to make such a decision?

I wrote this letter to Congress telling them to allow personal choice by making the FDA's rulings advisory only, NOT mandatory.

You can do the same, and may borrow from or copy this letter…

An example of the FDA's malice is its consideration of banning electronic cigarettes. Why ban this smokeless product? They're almost certainly far less unhealthy than real cigarettes.

Why does the FDA favor Big Tobacco against what is, in all likelihood, healthier competition?

Was the “Food and Drug Administration” created to protect “we the people?”

Or was it created to protect special interests from competition?

Besides, WHO ARE YOU, or the FDA, to decide what I do with MY OWN BODY?

Do the right thing. Allow us to make our own decisions, whether it's about electronic cigarettes or anything else.
