Lavabit and Silent Circle closed down their email services rather than submit to an order permitting the NSA to spy on their customers. Now these heroic business owners face prosecution from the Feds.
Will you defend them? And if you won’t…..

To that I added the following personal comments from which you can borrow…..
Specifically, I consider the NSA’s blanket spying on the American people to be a criminal act. By contrast, I consider Lavabit and Silent Circle to be heroes, because they refused to participate in this criminality.
You would do well to start providing me with the same kind of service that Lavabit and Silent Circle gave to their customers. In other words…..
GIVE ME WHAT I WANT, NOT WHAT YOU WANT.
Stop ruling me and start serving me.
Here’s what I want……
– I want you to end the NSA’s warrantless spying on Americans
– I want you to repeal the Patriot Act
– I want you to intervene: Stop the threatened prosecution of Lavabit and Silent CirclePlease fix these problems or lose additional legitimacy in my eyes.
