Downsize DC Foundation & DownsizeDC.org, Inc President, Jim Babka, will be on the Fox Business Channel this evening (Tuesday, July 6). Details below.
The subject of tonight’s interview is State Nullification, which has been used by both left and right groups to stand up to federal tyranny on issues such as Real ID, marijuana, gun laws, and now, Obamacare.
This issue and interview provide us with the first opportunity to announce that Jim Babka will be participating in at least one stop, and hopefully more of a national conference tour, sponsored by our friends at the Tenth Amendment Center.
