Today, Downsize DC President Jim Babka has a talk-radio interview. He’s got another one tomorrow, and then Sunday, his own radio show — the Downsize DC Conference Call. Our team already has two more scheduled for next week. The Downsize DC crew is working hard. I’ll share the details of this afternoon’s interview (Friday), later in this message.
But first, I have something important to say…
Jim Babka tells me we’re way behind on this month’s fundraising. I hate saying that, because every day we deliver good news – real progress. You can contribute here.
Our monthly goal is $14,000. We’ve exceeded that goal for the last four months. Thank you.
Jim tells me we need to have a strong May, because the summer months are always challenging.
I’m not going to get clever; write a long letter explaining the reasons you should give.
I’ll just point out that we have nowhere else to turn. Incredibly, we’ve raised less than $1,000 this month. Can you help us get through May? If so, click here.

The month is nearly half over. $14,000 isn’t really a lot of money and DownsizeDC.org really delivers a lot of bang for the buck. So I hope someone can donate $7,000 or $5,000. A donation like that would get us right back on track.
I hope a couple of folks can supports us with amounts like $2,000 or $1,000. I hope a handful can give $500 or $250.
But every amount counts.
