Republicans pretend they want to defund Obamacare. Many of them, however, prefer purely symbolic tactics. If your House rep is a Republican, please use the first letter below to tell them what they should really do.
The Democrats, on the other hand, treat Obamacare like its the Holy Grail, despite the fact that most Americans hate it. Use the second letter below if you have a Democratic rep.

I'm copying my Senators on this message to my Representative.
All previous attempts to repeal Obamacare have been purely symbolic. Now, some Republicans want the Obamacare funding vote separated from the final budget vote. Then, they can cast a symbolic vote against Obamacare.
It's symbolic because it will fail in the Senate.
I want something real.
Senators Mike Lee and Ted Cruz want a final budget that INCLUDES zero funding for Obamacare. This tactic could force a partisan division and even a government shutdown. If so, then shut down the government!
Explain to the American people that…
– This is the only way to stop Obamacare, which goes into effect October 1.
– The Democrats imposed Obamacare on the American people despite our LOUDLY EXPRESSED desire to the contrary.Tell the American people that this is the only way to defeat the Democratic Party's anti-democratic arrogance.
Don't bother separating these matters into different bills. I can see that's only symbolic, and in this case, symbolic means deception. Do the right thing or lose credibility.
