Human Innovation: Life gets a little less crusty

A crust-less bread. Children everywhere, and the child in all of us, can rejoice. No more peeling off the hard-dry-stuff from the edges of our P&B sandwiches.

Apparently, a company called Hovis (not the Department of Bread), invested money and years to create a miracle baking process that produces bread with no crusts. Kip Esquire at “A Stitch in Haste” provides good analysis and links. Check it out.
