1:45 – The Fourth Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

22:53 – How John Bolton disagrees with Ronald Reagan about Iraq’s role as a counterbalance to Iran – 0h, and a Bolton lie about Iran exposed.

27:42 – John Bolton is wrong: Why the fall of Saddam is THE THING that made Iran stronger in the region.

29:24 – What is the one, WRONG lesson that John Bolton sees coming out of the Iraq war?

31:05 – Tell President Trump to reject John Bolton.

32:43 -Why John Bolton and John McCain are the real “isolationists” (and libertarians aren’t)

Excellent episode! Thanks for the shout out 🙂

I’ve recently been looking into Title 42 “shadow of law” lawsuits against various government officials ranging from local codes enforcement to FBI. They seem to have been very successful in all states and typically stem from 4th and 5th amendment violations. Are you familiar with this defense?
