DownsizeDC.org is part of a coalition of organizations committed to fiscal responsibility that sent a letter to all members of Congress urging they “stand firm and hold the line on the budget sequester set forth in the Budget Control Act of 2011.”
The letter doesn't demand the the across-the-board spending cuts of the Budget Control Act, but that at a new deal will, at minimum, preserve the total of $109 billion scheduled to be cut.
