DownsizeDC.org is part of a coalition of 34 pro-transparency and civil liberties organizations endorsing passage of H.R. 6026, the Access to Congressionally Mandated Reports Act. This Act will require any report ordered by Congress and available under the Freedom of Information Act to be posted online.
This means the public will have information on whether or not federal agencies are performing as well as they are supposed to, and will help keep public officials accountable.
