Repeal the FISA Amendments Act of 2008, and the programs stemming from it, like PRISM.
We learned in, late 2005, that the Bush Administration spied on us without warrants. Any RESPONSIBLE Congress would’ve investigated and impeached this rogue President. Instead, you VALIDATED his actions with the FISA Amendments Act.
Worse, the FISA Amendments and PRISM violate the Constitution. Therefore, these are clearly criminal acts. I deny my consent for you to continue this criminality.
The Declaration of Independence argues that we can abolish or replace governments that become destructive of our rights. Therefore, please be aware . . .
Failure to repeal FISA and end PRISM will be more strong evidence that this “government” has become an illegitimate monster-state.
