Let’s take one more swipe at Obamacare to end the year

I think Obamacare deserves our last letter of the year. So I sent one using DownsizeDC.org’s “Restore Consumer-Controlled Healthcare” campaign.

My body belongs to me, NOT Congress.

Congress has NO MORAL AUTHORITY to make my healthcare choices. Even worse, the “government” sucks at making those choices. Obamacare has…

* caused millions to lose the insurance they had
* extended deadlines without Congressional approval
* arbitrarily granted “hardship” exemptions for some individuals, but not others

The result? Insurance companies (http://onforb.es/19skHXZ)…

* struggle to keep up with the ever-changing rules
* will likely increase premiums next year to pay for this year's Obamacare-induced losses

Ultimately, we'll ALL pay more for health “insurance” because of Obamacare’s chaos.

I DO NOT CONSENT!

A REAL government protects people from fraud and negligence. But it doesn't…

* commit fraud against them, by promising one result and delivering another
* protect people from their own choices,
* or make their choices for them.

And so, instead of micromanaging healthcare, SET IT FREE!

* Allow doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies to compete for clients in an open, transparent market.
* Allow ME to choose my providers and medicines.

End the chaos. End the coercion. Do the moral thing.

Repeal Obamacare and ALL federal laws and regulations on medicine. Allow a free market in health care.

To do otherwise is to sow more chaos, which is the OPPOSITE of governing.
